Small interventions can go a long way, for example changing your old energy guzzling downlights and replacing them with compact flourescent and LED technology. Changing your showerheads to AAA rated water saving devices, adding screens to minimise the solar impact on your house or installing water tanks are just some suggestions.

Many Australians are opting to renovate their home vs pay the extra costs of moving. Retrofits are a critical decision that directly affects the future of our property investments. The key is to identify design challenges that are currently existing within your existing home and designing solutions that will minimise the future requirements for energy and precious resources such as water and electricity. The aim is to reduce ongoing expenses and green house / carbon emissions. The focus of Sustainable Retrofit service is to view the property on a total scale, to develop a Sustainable Total Solution to give comfort to then future nett worth of your home.
