Receipe Housing is a unique concept that makes the dream of a Sustainble home a possiblity for everyone. Recipe Housing is an affordable solution to a beautifully designed fully Sustainable home. Clients can choose from 15 floorplans and mix and match compatible elements within those plans. Homes are consturcted at a central location and shipped to the client's site in pieces, then reassembled onsite.

Recipe Housing can be transported almost anywhere, whether your land is in a remote location and inaccesible for many tradesmen, on an island with strict regulations on the way homes are designed and built, or just in a local suburb.The most important aspect for Sustainable as the designer, architect and builder and also for our client's, is to ensure the homes we build embrace sustainable solutions whilst demonstrating contemporary, leading-edge design.

Our homes look as if they have grown from the site like a native plant from the earth, they touch the earth lightly so that the least amount of soil is cut and disturbed. Sustainable Recipe Homes are fitted with AAA taps and fittings, which reduce average water consumption by approximately 20 percent alone, helping us to further manage use of this valuable resource.
