RECIPE HOUSING^TM Homes have been developed in response to the escalating costs of traditionally built one off designed homes. We developed RECIPE HOUSING ^TM as a response to the growing need we perceived in the market to fill the gap between 'project' homes and completely custom designed houses. Eventually RECIPE houses will be prefabricated off site and be delivered ready to be clipped together. At the moment, we are still in the development stages, and the house will be traditionally built on-site, however we have streamlined the traditional architectural design and documentation process.

Unlike project homes, RECIPE HOUSING^TM Homes allows you to choose how many bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas you require and in what configuration. The aim of RECIPE HOUSING Homes is to provide as much choice as possible in both floor plan layouts and finishes, by using a selection of pre-designed modules or components. RECIPE HOUSING Homes are affordable, low maintenance and well designed alternative to project housing. RECIPE HOUSING Homes incorporate a series of modules, which can clip together to make the perfect house. One bedroom, two bedroom or three - you decide. You decide from a selection of pre-designed modules what you want. We provide advice in regards to what plan we believe, will best suit the site and provide information on orientation, ventilation, slope etc. You select from our standard range the finishes, fittings and fixtures, which will be provided to you as part of our standard information package.

Depending on the location, Recipe Housing can either utilise local council utilities or be stand alone, with the provision for water tanks, solar power and domestic onsite sewerage treatment plants. Again YOU decide. Exterior walls are clad in a choice of maintenance free colorbond steel, hardi-panels (for example Linea), Hebel power panels, fibre cement sheeting or western red cedar planks. Recipe Housing can be located anywhere, from an inner suburban block to remote regional areas. A modular home affords construction efficiencies, minimises waste materials and the construction impact on the site is minimised. A unique support system allows for a variety of sites, allowing the house to sit above the site and follow the natural contours of the land.
