STRUCTURAL LANDSCAPER
Sustainable is a growing company that is dedicated to improving the environment through new home design, as well as renovation, landscaping & water solutions. Due to this growth, we currently have the need for a Structural Landscaper.
This position would suit anyone with a minimum of 4 years experience as a Structural Landscaper & with a strong passion for sustainability. As a Structural Landscaper for Sustainable, you will take ownership of your team & have an active role in driving the business. You will work as the Leading Hand in a team of between 2 to 4 people.
The work is very diverse, every design is different & you will be working with a variety of trades - predominantly carpenters so there is huge potential to grow your skills.
We are looking for a long term relationship. There are great personal growth opportunities & we offer a very attractive remuneration package with incentives. You will provide your own tools & Ute. This position is based out of our Karalee office & most jobs are located within the western suburbs however, you will also be required to travel to other parts of Brisbane as needed.
This position is also open to Sub-Contractors who wish to be contracted to working for Sustainable - not just as an "employee" so if you own your own business & are looking for an additional contracted client, please submit your resume also.

EXPERIENCED CARPENTER WANTED
We currently have the need for a 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter.
This apprenticeship is a "Traditional" Apprenticeship, in that you will be trained in all facets of carpentry, including but not limited to Framing, Fit-Out, timber sub-floors etc. You will be taught carpentry with the use of recycled Timbers & you will get to work on a vast range of different projects, from home renovations to commercial renovations & regeneration projects. You will work closely with our Landscaping team so there is a great opportunity to expand your current skills to include exterior work.
You will be a hard worker, eager to learn from experts in their field & willing to perform any task required. You will be remunerated as per the Federal Award & will provide your own vehicle - preferably a Ute.

This position would suit anyone with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Landscape Labourer & with a strong passion for sustainability. As a Landscape Labourer for Sustainable, you will be part of a team of between 2 to 4 people.

Student Architect - Landscape & Renovation
This is a casual position, based out of our Toowong office. The hours are Flexible & you will be working with a very friendly team.
This position would suit any student that is interested in Renovation Designs & Landscape Designs. You must be committed & have an interest in Sustainability. You must be willing to learn & have Hand Sketching Skills. Experience with AutoCAD is required.

Graduate Architect / Student
Sustainable is looking for a graduate architect or student to work in our Toowong office on a range of exciting projects. We are a multi-disciplinary practice focusing on individual and medium density residential projects and medium scale commercial work.
We are seeking a passionate person who thrives on challenges and wishes to make a contribution through the exploration and creation of responsive solutions for our clients.
Sustainable requires a person with a minimum of 1 year experience in the industry and who has the ability to work on projects from design concept through to construction documentation. The ability to operate ArchiCAD would be an advantage.
